By accessing and using Repto ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

Repto is an AI-powered review management system that helps businesses:

• Send automated review requests via SMS to their customers
• Monitor and respond to Google Business reviews
• Generate AI-powered responses to customer feedback
• Track review performance and analytics

3. SMS Messaging Terms

By using our SMS services, you agree to the following:

• Consent Required: You must obtain express written consent from your customers before sending them SMS messages through our platform
• Message Frequency: Messages are sent based on your configured triggers (e.g., after service completion)
• Message Content: Messages include review requests and business notifications
• Opt-Out: Recipients can reply STOP to any message to opt-out of future communications
• Message Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply to recipients
• Support: For SMS support, text HELP to any message or contact support@repto.ai

4. User Consent and Compliance

As a business using Repto, you agree to:

• Obtain proper consent from customers before adding their phone numbers to the system
• Comply with all applicable laws including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and local regulations
• Only send messages to customers who have an existing business relationship with you
• Maintain records of customer consent
• Honor all opt-out requests immediately

5. Account Registration

To use Repto, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

By providing your phone number during registration, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages about your account, including:

• New review notifications
• Account alerts and updates
• Important service announcements

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Repto to:

• Send spam or unsolicited messages
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Send messages to purchased or rented phone lists
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Send messages containing illegal or inappropriate content

7. Pricing and Payment

Our service offers different pricing tiers:

• Starter Plan: $49/month for 200 SMS
• Pro Plan: $99/month for 1,000 SMS
• Scale Plan: $199/month for 3,000 SMS

All plans include a 14-day free trial. Payment is processed monthly in advance. Unused SMS credits do not roll over to the next month.

8. Data Security and Privacy

We take data security seriously. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information about how we collect, use, and protect your data.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Repto and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

11. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, expressed or implied. We do not guarantee any specific results from using the Service.

12. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Repto, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
